I have enjoyed Mrs. Joseph's food since almost the first day Lebanese Cuisine opened. Though I moved away from Maine several years ago, every return trip includes this wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious, but the real star is Mrs. Joseph. We need many more of her in the world!

I would like to give this place 5 stars based strictly on the uniqueness for the area and the overwhelmingly homey feel. However, the food leaves you wanting a little more flavor and spice. Would still recommend for the sweet service and food you don't get everyday in Waterville.
