This is the best Taco Bell in the area. I drive here from Torrington several times a week because the store in the town I live in is awful. This store in Watertown is the best. The food is always hot, fresh and full. The people are super nice and I never have to wait long. Keep up the great work and thank you so very much!

Got lunch there yesterday after getting my oil changed. Food was excellent and order was made correct. Service was fast and friendly as well. Been reading about other reviews of this restaurant here and thought I should rate my experience also.

Best Taco Bell in the area. Food is always hot and the tacos are full. The staff is nice and very fast. Most Taco Bell’s make you wait forever and this one is very fast. Great location!!!

I don’t go to this Taco Bell often but my husband requested this one because it was closer to the house. When i went through the drive through the staff were gossiping, on top of when my husband ate his food it tasted like cleaner was in it. I then took a bite because i though he was crazy. It tasted like they sprayed food cleaner in the soft tacos. I checked reviews and this is not the first time that food cleaner was reported. I will be calling the health department and reporting them. That can literally kill someone!!!

I decided to eat here for dinner, and I cannot believe how unbelievably sick I got… from three supreme tacos and a Pepsi! The tacos tasted kinda gross, but I didn’t think anything of it. I’ve been curled over in pain and ridiculously nauseous for the past six or seven hours, now. Thanks, Taco Bell.

Giving this two stars because the first time I came, the young lady was the sweetest person. However the second two times I came, other people were working, and basic things like sauce packets were missing and the food was more of a mess than it sshould be.

I could feel my arteries clogging as I entered and inhaled the miasma from the fried food. Very courteous staff and the kitchen and kitchen practices seemed clean and cleanly. The chicken Quesito...or some such was very rich with typically monotaste America cheese. Small pieces of chicken were discernable by their texture and taste. The Bean Burrito was excellent. Good portions. Hot. Parking. Drive through. $7:49. OK value. Quickly prepared after ordering....

I was very suprised! The inside was clean and done well. The staff was very nice to me they smiled and positive voice it was one of the best ones in a while!
