Why isn't 0 stars an option? I waited 2 hours for a couple of combo meals for a family of 5. It cost me $76 and after 2 full hours they managed to somehow only deliver 4 dinners. I have bugs in their broccoli. They also want to give me a private solution. The service attitude is poor. The whole restaurant is very dirty and many rats and cockroaches. I am going to call the Health Bureau.
They are consistent and friendly. This place is always busy.
Apparently they are recooking food that was previously cooked, to cut cost. The chicken must've been fried several times, not to mention the rice that was hard with barely anything in it (was suppose to be beef fried). I will be reporting these conditions with proof to the health department. America
Food is good, but the service is not. Both I and some else I know have had items we ordered not in the bag. They need to do a better job of checking over the order before it’s sent out. Also this meant my food was cold when I got back home and it was like they didn’t care.
teriyaki chicken sticks were deep-fried, appearing to have a coating with skin, zero teriyaki flavor, literally spit it out. Dry nasty chicken. I take my family to this great spot from time to time! This is my favorite place to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot regularly. The cooking is great, the team is professional and the prices are affordable. I like meeting in this restaurant for a rich meal.
Nice Fried rice .It's more delicious than those in other Chinese restaurants
