I ordered a meat and potato burrito on DoorDash and on both the app and the receipt it says that it was placed and I never received it this is ridiculous train your workers better

We like TJ's, but lately less filling and cost more. You could go to a good Mexican restaurant for the same price you pay here.

Messed up my order last week and this week, food was cold. You are very lucky I love taco John’s and I will continue to come, but I expect better out of you guys.

Nice clean. Workers were quick and friendly. Only thing was we asked for hot sauce and the packets were stuck together with dried hot sauce on the outside.

Twice in a row we had hard shell tacos that were broke. . .couldn't pick them up. Today food was way too salty!
