Culver's

Food was good. But the wait seemed unnecessary. We ordered ice cream and cheese curds and had to pull ahead and wait for the cheese curds to get made. I would think cheese curds would be ready pretty quick with no wait needed. They also used the wrong flavor of ice cream. Service could have been better.

I really like Culver's and this place has always been as good as others we have been too. The staff is friendly and they donate to local school events and stuff. I haven't been inside in a while, but the last time I was, it was clean. This time we went through the drive through and ordered a shake and sweet potatoe fries. The shake was out immediately, but they asked me to park to the side for the fries with a post it note and number on it. Pretty much every car was getting parked to the side. We waited a pretty decent amount of time for the fries to get done, so I was bummed it took so long on that. The fries were OK, but I have had better from them, so I don't know if it was because they were rushing or what. So, a little disappointed today.

I won't take away from the food it's always great and the staff is always polite however what I seen the Manger doing today what was unexcuseable especially during this pandemic. While waiting for are food at lunch today the manager back in the kitchen area was sick. If this wasn't bad anuff he was coughing with out even trying to cover his mouth. One of the help said if your sick why are you here and he rubbed two figures together and said for the money. I wonder if corporat knows that this is what they call a manager in South Dakota I'm on the line about eating there again. I can't afford to get sick because I ate a place like this. Shameful

I have not eaten at this Culvers, however I am there once a week for work purposes ( no I don't work there)and thankfully I don't like Culvers...any of them because this particular location is absolutely disgusting. If you been there you'll know that if you can walk on the greasy floors without falling you're lucky, there is build up of who knows what under every piece of kitchen equipment they have. I strongly suggest you stay away from the Watertown location, I hate going in for the brief 10 minutes I need to be there
