Very good experience every time I go. Delicious food. Staff are hard working and kind. I had the best heart cookie...a real treat. I enjoy the Flatbreads, and my son likes the grilled cheese. I like the atmosphere, it's a nice spot to get away from the world for awhile.

Too expensive and mediocre for pre-shipped, pre-fab items; typically, delivery messes up at least one part of the order, and now with only drop-off delivery (which is DISGUSTING), you will most assuredly NEVER get your drink or correct order ever again. Great stuff if you're a middle aged Karen who flips her lid for hot bread, but not for the average person who doesn't want to have to join some delivery rewards system all for the thrill of paying more, a wet food bag, and your wrong order left on the ground.

Ordered here to go about 1 month back. Received 2 small cold Mac and cheeses plus wasn't given the brownie and extra bread I paid for. Reached out to customer support who offered me just a $5 coupon for $10+ of failures on their end.

We have had great experience all this years with the catering food and service, I want to give a special thanks to Rejane who is always on time with our order delivered, she is very friendly and happy always.

I placed a pick up order at 430pm to be picked up at 630pm
I had to wait untill 715pm to get order. The whole order was wrong. The manager said what do you want me to say I had to come in on my day off.
They even had to have me give them my phone to review order. The whole experience was horrible .. do not go there.

Rania was the most helpful and friendly helper I’ve ever encountered at any Panera.
I’ve had bad experiences at other Panera’s and this is by far my favorite Panera.

I got uber eats from this location and they literally for got majority of the order. Theres a sticker on the bag saying its a multi item order and yes they forgot my pizza, bread, and chips. Then for the Sesame chicken salad it was just lettuce and chicken.
