Dunkin'

This is the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The wait time is ridiculous every time regardless of how many cars are ahead of you. They mess up orders constantly and are always rude about having to fix it. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to wait 20 mins for the wrong order and terrible food. I drive out of my way to skip this Dunkin and go to the one on Arsenal. This place is horrific. The service is atrocious. The employees are a tragedy.

The staff here are really great but the problem is that anytime I order food it taste like old grease. There is something in the fryer that is making all of the food taste gross. This is the third time I’ve gotten food over the last month and wasn’t able to eat it. I’ve tried calling to get someone’s number to explain this but I can never get through to anyone.

This place is always messing up my order. I've been to many of the Dunkin's in my town but this one is the worst. They forget things, they are slow, and rude. I asked for black hot coffeefI was told it was going to be a wait which I understand because of staffing and a broke oven. When I told the guy it was okay and I have an on the go order, he said," the broken oven doesn't care about that".

My frozen coffee was fine but my grilled ham and cheese wasn't cooked enough, consequently was greasy, cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Even my dog refused to eat any of it. The employee at the window took my debit card and ran it, but gave my card back and threw my receipt away without asking if I wanted it. I figured out why the Dunkin a few blocks away had 20 cars in line and this location had 2, difference in customer service and food quality.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Not because I love their coffee and donuts but because no one was taking orders and customers waited for someone to come over the speaker. That never happened and there was no way to get out of the godforsaken line. I stopped at the window to ask them to put a sign on the speaker since I can only assume it’s broken. The employees then saw me at the window and ignored me. A lady inside was also being ignored. This was at the Coffeen St location at 9:00am on 6/5/2021 if management would like to do something. I then treated myself to Starbucks.
