I placed a massive mobile order at what I now realize was the height of the lunch rush. Not only did they have all of my food ready inside of 5 minutes, they even helped me carry it to my car! Even though I live much closer to Latham, it is exceptional service like this that makes me go out of my way to come here every time!

They didn’t give me a receipt which would have been perfectly fine if they made my food right. When I called to complain about my food the lady was extremely rude and pretty much sound like she didn’t care. All she had to say is that I need my receipt and that if I wanted to come back it had to be with in 24 hours and then hung up in my ear.

Lines always long. The food was unedible...unedited... nuggets looked like they were sitting for a while and although I asked for extra big Mac sauce on my burger it wasn't distributed like one squirt on a one bun and one on the other. Fries didn't seemed cooked properly and those are my favorite. I'll probably stop visiting this one honestly.

Order large breakfast meal. Received sausage patty, eggs and biscuit no pan cakes! But paid for it. Also ordered mix match egg Mc muffins. Well the English muffins were like chewing on rubber! And keep in mind this is fresh from there store. Not a great experience 🤦🏻 the attendant was vary sweet and attempted to rectify the situation. That’s why I gave 2 ⭐️

Ordered a fish filet, roll was hard as a rock. Don't know why they wouldn't know not to microwave bread. French fries were also not warm. Food is prepared poorly, staff needs better management and training.

So, we are in Troy and we stop at Waterford McD’s! We wait at the counter for four to five minutes and no one comes to take our order. So, we go to the kiosk and place our order. Still no one offers to get us cups! We grabbed a table tent and added the info to our order and paid! We wait for over ten minutes and we hear our order number and have to get up to get it. No service to table. So, I notice no cups on the tray. I ask for cups and she says what size? I reply large! She tosses me one cup, not three. I ask for two more cups and she replies “you’ll have to wait”! Now that’s bull$?!@! I have to wait longer so you can service someone who has sat in their car for two minutes! The customers who come inside do so for a reason! At the least your team should treat them like humans! Worst McD’s we have ever visited! Never got our large sweet tea either! We noted the cashier waited on people after us, but was really a poor communicator. Disappointed in the Waterford McD’s! Never going back!

The food was terrible. The fish sandwich I was given must've sat under the heat lamp for days. At least, that's how it tasted. The fries were old too. When I got home I took one bite of the sandwich and threw it in the garbage. What a waste of money. I'll never eat there again, ever.

It was better than the last time I was at this McDonald's. Didn't have to wait to put in my order and the wait time for my order was maybe 5 minutes instead of 45+ minutes good job

Service was very very slow. Wanted a fast meal cause we had somewhere to be and it was far from it. Two other teens were waiting for their food for a half hour,finally asking for it it was sitting on the back counter the whole time and of course very cold,they had to make the order again. Maybe times I’ve been through the Drive Thru and got the wrong order or they forgot something. They need to do something with this McDonalds.

I just sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes after having the rudest person take my order. I had to repeat my order almost three times, after being aggravated over having to repeat my order to the man taking it "is that it" constantly repeated when I've worked in food industry for 10 years I'm almost positive that's rude and should be asked if they would like to add anything else to there order would be more respectful I didn't even order my own food because I was completely frustrated with it to the point of my kids weren't in the car I would of left but they wanted the slushes you guys advertise and guess what!? I wait over 15 minutes to pay to go to the second window with the intention that I'll be receiving the two slushes I had just paid for when the man that took my order planned to hand me one then after my Fiancè asked for the second one he told him were currently out of slushes and we ask for a refund of the second slushee. Even better my fries were cold. Unfortunately I've accrued a bit more problems then I should have at this location to keep being disappointed �

Got dinner for me and my children last night. I live 5 minutes away from this location. I got home and our food was cold and rubbery. It took me 20 minutes to get through to someone on the phone and was put on a list of food owed due to crappy service and yucky inedible food
I also ordered a Dr Pepper and ended up with Diet Coke which makes me sick

i like McDonalds in Waterford but when i went in every morning before work to get asweet ice tea most of the time i ended getting a unsweetined drink and would have to go in to get my order corrected

Visited on opening day. Great looking place but the layout at the front by registers/pickup lends itself to confusion and crowding. The inside is not as big as I would have thought given the increased size of the parking lot. Very friendly workers.

I was there ordered a premium wrap among other things. I asked for no tomatoes there wasn't a sticker on the wrap package so I asked if there were no tomatoes he said I'll ask the cook. Then he came back to the window and gave me a thumbs up guess that meant I was screwed because there were tomatoes. 24.00 spent and my wife who doesn't like tomatoes has to suffer, I'm glad she not allergic to tomatoes if I waste time and gas to go back they either I or my whole family has to eat cold food
