I went through the drive-through yesterday to get two fish sandwiches and a order of fries. I realized the time was cutting short because I had to hit the bank around the corner before they closed. There was four cars in front of me and the line was moving kind of slow. So I jumped out of the line go to the bank before they closed for the day. But I called the store and talk to one of the employees and they were nice enough to make my food when I got there. The food was hot fresh and really good. I had to work at my second job so I just was able to get something in between to hold me down until dinner time. Will definitely come back to this location again. Thanks for opening the dining room.

Well our server was pleasant but the food was not up to par. The curly fries were old. My Reuben sandwich had more bread than meat, the bread on the french dips were hard. And for the long wait for our food we were offered one vanilla shake, but there were 2 separate orders.

As they said in the movie, they always get you on the drive thru. Took them 10 minutes from order to pick up and only one car in front of me. I had one item completely wrong, in the right wrapper. I had another item completely missing from my order. The missing item was a portion of a combo meal. I got the drink and fries, but no sandwich. We went back after discovering the issues and were given the missing sandwich but meant with indifference about the wrong item and ZERO apologies. Terrible experience.

Two bad experiences in a row. Lunch drive thru is slow food is poorly prepared and cold. Lady at drive thru is great though. She gives it the only star.

Easy in and out drive thru service on a major road. Drive up menu is well lit and easy to read day or evening. Orders are always correct; I have never received the wrong item in my bag. Courteous staff. Dining room is open.

I just wanted the bbq smokehouse brisket sandwich....I honestly dont know twhat you tried to serve me but it only has 1 SINGLE piece of brisket and literally just sauce? Tried calling the store several times but ofc no answer. I want to know Arbys, what can we do to fix this? 10 dollar's for a sandwich and I got more bun than anything. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED Customer

Just left Arby’s three minutes ago asked if I could have my food fresh the young man told me yes I waited for about six minutes maybe seven sitting there thinking that my food was gonna be fresh Only to pull off and have old tenders and old fries that Probably been sitting since noontime smh I don’t understand what’s so hard you could’ve told me no but you told me yes and still give me cold food and actually have me sitting waiting That was so both of them
