Wendy's

Unprofessional never answer their phones.. Told me they’re hiring but never call u and u call no answer. Simply just ignoring your calls.. Don’t waist your time in Waterbury, seem like they don’t like hiring nobody. Goes outside of Waterbury, and have transportation. Take forever in drive through to get your order.. Very slow..

Wendy's at least still offers the healthier choice of grilled chicken sandwiches vs. McDonald's who surprisingly erased them from their menu a couple of months ago. This menu item, however, chosen for its fat grams and calories was healthy, yes, but very bland. It's hard to mix healthy with fast food restaurants but I appreciate their continued efforts. By this, I don't mean a tasty salad that has around 700, 800 calories and more fat grams or the same as a good sized burger.

Wendy's has really improved their fries. They now beat McDonald's fries and that's saying something. The other winner at Wendy's is value. I can get a decent meal for just under $5. Very few fast food venues can say that. The Wendy's breakfast experience is a little underwhelming. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit didn't work for me even when promoted for a dollar. The Honey butter chicken biscuit would be a winner except half the time I can't find the honey butter. Breakfast aside Dave would be proud of the legacy he helped create in his daughter's name.

I went to Wendy's, went through the drive through and got the wrong drink (my fault 100%). I drove around and parked to go inside. This is where the one star comes in. I stood in line, for about 10 minutes as the first person in line and the operator of the register didn't acknowledge me in any way until he filled 4 orders and I prompted him,"Are you not taking orders at this register?" He said they are ...I know your busy, I see that. You didn't know what I needed but ffs acknowledge the customer who's been respectfully standing there through you addressing anyone else who came in to pick up an order by the time I got back to my meal it was cold.

This place is so ghetto and musty ... literally for the 3rd time they mess up my order. Having to wait in line for so long Finally receiving my food. Opens the bag. Boom, Half of it was missing. I ain't no karen so I didn't make a show. Guys ya'll job ain't that hard, Get ya Staff straight, Oh and the nuggets are always burnt Cmon now

I buy from this place a lot and didn’t have any problems until today i work doing food delivery and today the doors were closed and the drive through was full of car the order was marked ready for pickup i went trough the window and ask the “manager” for the order and he told me i have to do the line so I asked another employee and the manager went crazy on me saying that he told me to do the line I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews but I’m doing my job just like him he wasn’t even polite
