Very Clean, coffee shop/ eat in restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. I visit here on a daily Basis and I have no complaints. Two rest rooms available at all times. Coffee and Muffins are delicious. Also try their home made yogurt, granola, fruit cups. You will not be disappointed.

They have delicious coffee. It is always fresh. The staff is great and it is always clean. They even have a separate Cafe area where you can purchase sandwiches and other fresh items that you can sit and enjoy eating your food in. It is nice because it is set away from the steady flow of customers p
Water Mill location is my go-to lunch place in the Hamptons. Sizzling fajitas platter is excellent. Good coffee in cereal bowl sized cups. Vegetarian and vegan options.
Coffee is delicious. Staff is lovely and friendly. Very pleasant start to the day. Breakfast and breakfast sandwiches are very well made and delicious. Place is hopping and the staff is able to keep up with it. A great start to a wonderful morning in the hamptons.
French roast coffee is fabulous so is the hazelnut. The iced coffee is good as well
