This place is definitely a experience!!!!! If you want to see a weird restaurant this is it. The food was burnt, the restaurant was empty, the waiter watches you when he’s not on his laptop facing towards you. The waiter is also the cook. It’s just you and that one guy in a empty restaurant with bad food. I feel bad for him though. I wish him the best. But he needs to cook better. Also this place has a weird smell.

The experience started off good. The server was nice and recommended several dishes. the appetizer was good, sounds like a perfect lunch until the Pita bread with our entree was served with mold on it. We had already taken bites of the food before we saw it. Then we were so disgusted that we could not eat anymore. We told the waiter and he went to talk to the Owner. The owner never came to the table to apologize for the moldy food. he instead sent the waiter back to tell us that he took that one dish off our ticket even though we didn't eat the other food. I understand that mistakes happen, but First it sounds like you either dont make your Pita bread fresh and served old food or you were trying to toast it and pass it fresh to cover the mold. Second when something like this happens the Owner/manager needs to come to the table and apologize for the incident. While I dont think we should have had to pay for anything, that is not my gripe. If you are going to run a business you have to own up to your mistakes and have the decency to face the people you have potentially made sick and apologize. We will never be back and would have given 0 stars if we could. If you go there, eat at your own risk and make sure you check you food.

Just ate breakfast with my wife at this restaurant. It used to be Mount Top Cafe but know known as Texan Cafe. Went there on a Saturday morning and it was nearly empty. We were allowed to seat where we wanted and the wait person was very prompt and friendly. They have a pretty extensive menu and have lunch and dinner specials as well. I was very pleasantly surprised as the service was quick, the breakfasts were promptly served and very tasty. And the prices are very reasonable. I plan to return again and likely for a lunch or dinner to try one of their specialties for those meals. My only concern is that since they were empty, I worried that they may not be able to sty in business long. Great breakfasts, great prices, and quick and friendly service. MUCH better than my experiences at the IHOP up the street on Rufe Snow and much better prices than other, more crowded venues. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Not the best tasting or quality food. We ordered through Uber Eats, maybe that's why? Grapes looked old. I asked for gravy on the side for the biscuits in the notes section. The cinnamon bun tasted awful. I would have rated them in the app, but it wasn’t an option. This was a first time ordering, will be the last.

Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Took my wife and son here for breakfast and all 3 orders were not even cooked! Ordered scrambled eggs with cheese , got 1 scrambled egg with no cheese , raw hashbrowns , and a raw pancake , needless to say we didn't pay for anything and I'll never go back !
