It was quick and efficient to place an order online. By the time I arrived it was hot and ready to go. It was my first time trying the cinnamon rolls, and I enjoyed them very much. 10/10 pizza hut will always have my business for all future pizza orders.

Petty complaint, but the wings had hardly any sauce... I called, spoke to someone and went back...literally the BEST service I've ever had after a mix-up, the wings I received looked like the stock photo from a commercial(like, perfectly cooked, perfectly sauced), apologies from the management, extra sauce for the other wings. Proper way to fix a mistake, props to the whole staff(short woman at counter was pleasant and professional both times, promote her!)..THIS IS WHY WASILLA PIZZA HUT HAS MY SOLE BUSINESS FOR PIZZA IN THE VALLEY!

Customer service is key. When your customers cannot hear the person speaking to them, and has to ask "what" constantly due to an employee not having confidence to speak up to someone it is not good. The pizza is always good if not lukewarm, but the fact you started charging for little bottles of peppers or cheese is kinda pathetic for a big company like Pizza Hut. Great Alaska Pizza Company even provides the packets to their customers still. I fear there is nothing you can or will do to improve these situations so I will continue to go here only when I am in the mood for the crust.
Edit: I have reached out to Pizza Hut after they responded here about a few of my concerns, and I will keep you posted. Hopefully they can once again become a place I choose to visit.

I ordered and paid for my 2 pizzas to have extra cheese. They definitely did not. If anything, it was if they had little cheese to the point where the tomato sauce was very visible. This is not the first time this has happened.

This place is the worst. First we tried to place an order online, got all the way to the payment screen and then it just says “this place is closed.” Call them on the phone, they’re open but for some reason won’t take online orders, so we place our order, drive 30 minutes to go pick it up, and they have no record of our order!! No apologies, not even any politeness, they just tell us “the call center must not have pushed the order through.” So we just wasted an hour of our evening for nothing. Seriously the worst customer service ever.

Order through the Pizza Hut app. Order was correct and ready when promised. Pizza was great as usual.

Edit: increasing my rate since the past two delivery times have been much faster and delivery folk are always pleasant.
Old review: My house is 2 blocks away (less than 5 min drive) and my order was "out for delivery" for 20 minutes. Food was not very warm by the time I got it.

Order is always wrong or missing products. Took well over two hours for delivery and I waited to speak to someone for over an hour via 3 separate phone calls. Always a horrible experience and see it as a waste of time and money and always wish I would have just cooked on my own after a 60 hour week!
