Food is typically pretty good. However, I regularly have to wait 40+ minutes in the drive through. Including tonight when I arrived 45 minutes ago and still have not reached the menu.
I'm estimating an easy hour before I get my food the employees show no urgency and the business is losing money because of it. Hard to believe management has not come up with a solution.

Best Wendy's experience in a very long time. Although my sandwich was heavy on ketchup and Mayo, the pickles were distributed perfectly and the patties were still hot! This review makes me want to go back right now.. even the fries were on point with Saltiness and heat

It's a chain fast food restaurant. You have probably had Wendy's food if you eat fast food at all. The food is good. The staff here all friendly. Biggest issue is the same as with all fast food right now. Lack of staff.
Going through the drive thru at lunchtime is an exercise in patience. Usually a 30-40min twait. I don't blame the staff they are all trying.
But during non peak hours they are fairly quick and a much better option for a quick bite.

Got there 45 minute bf closing sat at the line that took forever and when I get up to the stand they tell me "we are closed" and I say but iv been waiting forever and you didn't send anyone to let us know? (There was 5 cars behind me) and they said "sorry I don't want any over time" rude people and waisted not just mine but the cars behind me time

I went inside instead of waiting out the drive through. They had nobody working the front counter. The lady in there said “I can’t help you my screen is full”. Usually in customer service you’re supposed to help the customer at the counter. We stood there for 15 minutes. Even people in line in front of us started walking out. I understand being understaffed. But we were ignored other than the girl so straight up told us she couldn’t help.

Worst fast food place I ever visited in my 64 years of life.. pulled in line at 11:20 am approximately 5 vehicles in front of me waited in line 45 minutes could not exit out, at about 2:02 am the car in front off finally makes it to the speaker only to be told the close at midnight, I pull up next told th same, mind you lights still on like they are doing business at least 5 cars behind me. Instead of having to orders filled in front of us but not served they did not have the customers move forward so we could least get out of the dam line no waited another 15 minutes, to tally uncalled and unprofessional I will be boycotting Wendy's were ever I go around the country and will recommend to all friends to go elsewhere, loved your food hate your service, The manger should be fired

The drive thru wasn't even long and they closed at 1am. I was in the like with 5 vehicles in front of me and had arrived in the line approximately 11:25 and by the time I got to be able to order, I was told flat out that they're closed and it was only 12am!! I could not believe I had sat in that line for nearly 30 mins just to be sent away empty handed and with gas prices as high as they've been here recently, I truly think they should have had someone walk outside to tell the customers in the drive thru line that they had already closed before they continued to allow us to wait for absolutely no reason other than the employees' pure laziness!!!

Staff was short handed but still kept a positive attitude. Evylen was the best. She kept her composure under stress and continued to serve with a smile. Wish more places had staff like her.
