Wife and I went here for a date, service was kind and welcoming, made sure our needs were met. Food time from kitchen to table was very prompt, did not have to wait long after our order. We got covered potato wedges which were delicious. I got the classic cheeseburger and my wife got NY steak. Both were cooked to order and tasted great. Only negative was my wife’s mixed veggies we a little raw. Would definitely go again.

Awesome visit! Negative reviews I have to believe are due to peoples impatience around post pandemic staffing shortages because let me tell you this place was GREAT! Some of the best food we’ve had here, and in Oregon - where we are visiting from. Service was great, venue was beautiful including a river side patio with fire and blankets, seasonal drinks and amazing local food. Couldn’t recommend enough! Cut people a break on busy nights - but they served us well on a Sunday evening. Thank you! (Ps sorry about the bite out of the steak we literally couldn’t wait 😜)

Service has always been hit ot miss, but the food was good. Sadly, that is no longer true. The smoked gouda fries used to be awesome potato wedges with lots of cheese. Now they are limp fries with barely any cheese. Looks like something from Wendy's, but way more expensive. They also removed about half the items from their menu, so any menu pics you see are out of date.

Had a company event here and they went above and beyond with a great space and atmosphere! The food was ridiculously good and they helped create a menu that was deliciously perfect for us. We never went thirsty, the food was endless, and we felt so welcomed. Great service from beginning to end! My picture of just the desserts doesn’t cover the beautiful spread that was made.

From beautiful views to friendly staff. Food was amazing and the presentation beautiful. We had the rockfish and the beet pear salad. Will be back!

Spenard dirty martinis for the win! Amber and her entire staff have turned a new leaf on this institution. The food quality has dramatically improved. Their attention to detail says a lot about what they are trying to cultivate. Best martinis in the valley!

We rarely eat out as I tend to cook all our meals. But we just had to go out for our anniversary. We made a reservation at Everett’s. Our experience from being seated, served, greeted at the table by the owner was excellent. The food was very well made. Having worked in the restaurant industry from a young age I have a pretty high bar. It is a little pricey-but so is anything good. We were not disappointed with any part of our meal-at all, not even the price. You want quality-you should expect to pay for it. They seat you with your own closed carafe of ice-water. They were so sweet, generous portions. We started off with Kobe beef sliders were excellent. Im not usually a hamburger fan-but these were delightful. I think my husband could have made a meal of those! (Maybe a couple orders!) the drinks were delicious and the fruited lemonade was exceptional! We ordered soup and salad, which were good. They brought us flatbread crackers and hummus-it was very good-lemony and the crackers were crisp and a great accompaniment. The entrees were perfectly cooked. They only offer mashed potatoes as a starch but they were flavorful and needed no extra salt or pepper to improve them-perfect as is. The blackened fresh king salmon was tender and flaky with the crisp, perfectly seared seasoned crust and the Blackberry Beurre Blanc sauce was the perfect accompaniment. The vegetables (summer squash and carrots) were perfectly done-with the right amount of crisp to them. The filet was tender, seasoned very well with a mushroom bordelaise sauce that enhanced the steak but didn’t overpower it. We finished our meal with excellent desserts. Because it was our wedding anniversary they were compliments of the house. We chose the key lime pie and the chocolate bomb. Each of those was delectable and the presentation was great. All foods were plated well. The owner was personable and took a few minutes to see if we were pleased with our dining experience and was a bright spot in the night. The view was excellent looking out at the lake. The restaurant was well appointed and clean. The decor also made a pleasant atmosphere. They have several areas to eat. This place is perfect for a nice lunch, casual dinner or for a more quiet special occasion. They have a bar, outside dining snd fire pit (you can get s’mores for dessert and roast the marshmallows yourself). We will choose Everett’s again. Not just for fancy dining but casual dinners and brunches because they do not disappoint.

Amazing! I worked with Amber to preset a menu for a large party for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner in Wasilla. Her recommendations were spot on. We went with a Chicken Marsala, Top Sirloin and a Pasta Seafood. We had a red and a white wine service, that again she helped us to select the bottles. We finished with a large plate of WARM cookies! Doing all of this planning remotely (from the lower 48) left me nervous. However, the food was superb-making my mouth water even now. The service was great. Michele had others to take care of, and yet she was on top of our meal (Amber helping). Water glasses were filled, wine glasses were filled, salads and breads arrived quickly and the meals were organized and efficiently served. And Amber and crew are the nicest people ever!!! Next trip (yes, I kinda like Alaska now) dinner at Everett's will be on the list.
