When we got there at 5:30 there was barely any pizza on the buffet. Very low amount of chicken. White ranch dressing running all the way down the side of the salad bar and the floor was sticky by the beverage bar. I see a lot of room for improvement. Ordered pizza online with an expected pick up for 20 minutes. We go to pick it up and are told it would be 3 minutes before it was done. So we wait. Then they come tell us 4 minutes and would we please pull up. Then will bring it out to us. We wait almost 10 minutes. We back up to the drive up windo
Very unfriendly elderly lady that didn’t even speak while taking my money. Until she let us know the buffet was closing and we are not putting anything else out. That’s fine. She snarled the whole time we ate. If your that crabby maybe you could get a job in that back without people!
For the money, this is a good buffet, with a nice assortment of pizza and hot chicken & mashed potatoes. The salad bar could have been better if they used leaf lettuce instead of shredded lettuce.
Great food unfortunately their delivery is only correct and/or executed well about half the time the other half is wrong pizzas, ones that they had admitted to dropping (in the box but still), problems ordering online and using deals, and occasionally them just cancelling our order because they do n
Love going to Pizza Ranch. Had a room reserved for a big family gathering. They did run out of cheese sticks and later sauce. But the food is delicious
Came in a few nights ago, buffet kept stocked even after rush. Customer was heard cursing at workers all the way from buffet and as a former server props to them for keeping calm i would not have also amazing fried chicken!
All of the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly.
