The pizza is very good, and the staff is helpful and friendly. This is my go to pizza place.
I am very disappointed, I had a delivery yesterday and I barely had enough to provide a tip and the driver gave herself a $4 without my consent I am upset that my account went overdraft due to them providing them selves money with out our acknowledgement. I demand a refund for this bs

Good discounts, delicious pizza! We usually get this a lot in LA so it was really ni e to see there was a papa John's near our Airbnb 🥰😍. Really good customer service here! I forgot to take pics of our pizzas but they were delicious lol
Great staff. Watching them work like a team and making things move smoothly is fantastic. Never a bad order.
Honestly I'm disgusted by the service. We came to get our order of 6 pizzas for takeout. The front desk lady has us sign for our order, which we did… then she said “total it out.” Which we did. Then she scoffed because we didn’t leave a tip for TAKEOUT on an extremely expensive pizza already. On our way out the door she made sure to loudly declare “90$ order with no tip!”.
Absolutely atrocious customer service and she should be reprimanded. We will never be back to this location and will recommend others avoid it as well. We may leave a tip for good service, but for subpar service and a demanding attitude from someone who treated us as less than; we won’t be back.
EDIT: Response to the manager, I am thankful to hear that this was taken seriously. The pizza was cooked fantastic and my rating was changed to reflect that. I will be back to give it another chance.
