Sapori - Washington - Photo album

We had Dinner last night at Sapori and it was excellent. Miguel greeted us with a warm smile and we were seated right away. Our server Angelique and her helper Gabriella did a wonderful job from our wine selection and Appetizer to the main course. Always great to see John the smiling Bartender too.
Bartender was great, waitstaff was great but unfortunately the food was awful. The cheese in the ravioli tasted like it was meant for a dessert, way too sweet, and the angel hair pasta had so much RAW garlic on it that was was inedible. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
Very disappointed. The food came out out incorrect. They tried to pawn off potatoe soup for clam chowder thinking we wouldn't notice. The food on the menu came out totally different than what the description was. It didn't taste very good and they nickle and dime u for everything. I asked for oil to
Absolutely incredible Sicilian food. Chef Sal and Giovanni are amazing! I highly recommend the quail and the sausage and peppers appetizer. This place never disappoints!
Sapori manages a unique take on Italian dishes. I tried their Chicken Limon, was was pretty good. My wife tried another dish that I did not catch the name of. It was crepes with ricotta cheese and an amazing asparagus alfredo sauce. Her dish was much better than mine.
We went for a birthday celebration. The food was very good and the service was superb! There were 6 of us and all order a different entree. Everyone loved it!
Amazing service. Miguel you made my son bday celebration wonderful! Food was great. Service was on point. Thank you for a wonderful night.. I’d do 10 stars if I could.
Delicious innovative spin on authentic Italian dishes. Refreshing as I’d mostly given up on Italian fare since it’s been a stale scene here in metro Detroit. Servers are ridiculously attentive in their quest for 5 star treatment as well.
