Bobe's Pizza Express

We took our daughter here to celebrate her 29th birthday. We were seated fairly promptly, but it took forever to get our appetizers. Four tables that arrived after us got their food, and we were still waiting. One table ate and left, and we were still waiting. When we checked on our order, that is when it was actually submitted, almost an hour later. (She told us the exact time it was turned in when we checked a second time.) So after waiting an hour and a half! we paid for our drinks and the appetizers we finally got, and left. An apology and moving our order up in the queue would have went a long way in rectifying the situation. Instead, we were given excuses about being busy, and the kitchen being overwhelmed. No apology or acknowledgement that our order was not turned in until we asked about it, just excuses. Good food, terrible management and terrible customer service.

Been awhile since I was there, was very disappointed, not the quality food I remember, our pizza was undercooked, and on piece was even missing the toppings, the onion straws, again undercooked and dripping with grease...didn't say anything, just figure like all other places, short staffing and product shortage. The new norm..

Seats are limited for dinner. Always crowded when I come for dinner. Service was good. Servers were friendly. Had their fried liver appetiser, was ok. Not my favourite. Horseradish sauce was really good - masked the liver taste. Had their portobello mushroom appetiser - best I ever had. Seasoned well. Would recommend and I don’t even like mushrooms. Had their chicken wings — that was a joke. It was soggy, it would have been better to make your own from Walmart. They don’t fry it and then toss the sauce. I think they just come frozen with the sauce. Pizza was mediocre. Wished they had better pizza.
