I'm trying to understand the negative reviews, because I've never had any issue with this location. The people are friendly, and they're always quick, regardless of whether I go in or drive through. AND, as an added bonus, I appreciate the guy working the drive through yesterday actually asking me if I wanted a straw. I try to only use reusable straws now, so it was a nice surprise! I'll absolutely continue to do business here.
I’m at this location just about every day. Weekends are particularly busy both in drive-through and in store which wall not necessarily convenient we should all be pretty happy about since this points to a sustainable business here. Today I was in line in the store and the manager came up to me and handed me my regular coffee concoction. It was just a really nice gesture and I wanted to share that. I know they get busy at times and by their nature might even have a high turnover of Staff but service does matter to these folks.
Absolutely love the frozen coffee. It is really good. Try frozen caramel with shot of expresso. Like a dessert with a little get up and go!
