Jimmy Johns

I was so impressed with Jimmy John's. I ordered online pretty easily. When I called to confirm and asked to have it delivered it was no problem. I had to order 20 boxed lunches. Everything was available. The box came with a 9inch sandwich with condiments, bag of chips, cookie and a pickle. Everything was so fresh and marked properly.

2 stars. However that is not fair. Their subs are amazing. Delicious. Loaded with toppings. However do yourself and everyone else a favor. Never order them through door dash. EVER. We have had 2 good deliveries. Out of 5 or more it's always been over an hour, currently waiting ordered at 541 it's not 652 the store is 10 minutes away. I've already been given free coupons for late orders. Not saying don't eat here. Just saying go pick it up yourself. Now 7:00 and called the store and she said they would notify the driver. Still waiting. Just go to pick up only. Also try to refrain from laughing when a customer is on the phone. 715. Driver showed up informed me he had delivered to the wrong house. I ordered at 542 according to the receipt

I paid $26.82 for two sandwiches. The subway across the street was closed so I thought I would try Jimmy John’s for the first time. Last time I will ever visit any Jimmy John’s. I ordered a 16” BLT. I wasn’t aware the cheese was an up charge. I then ordered #11 Country Club. I guess I assumed it was a 16” especially after seeing the price I paid. When he was finished wrapping the sandwiches I asked where the other half was. He told me I only paid for an 8” but he can ring me up for another one if I wanted and walked away. And yes, I paid an up charge for bacon. After I opened my sandwich and saw the incredibly small portions of meat on the sandwich I dropped it in the parking lot. So, yes, I wasted my money twice. Once by stopping there and once by not eating the pathetic thing they called a sandwich.

I’m a huge jimmy johns fan, but almost every time I order here, it takes an hour. The slogan is freaky fast, and it’s been everything but that. The food is always good, but the experience with this location has been awful. I call and ask about my food, and they just cut me off and justify why it’s been an hour to make a cold sub and drive it 1 mile up the road.

Still the best and fastest subs ever! Used to order from work all the time however they added a $2 charge for delivery on top of the tip which we all feel is steep as we're less than 2 blocks away. The subs are amazing but the parking is really a lot to be desired and that makes delivery a better option
