Texas Roadhouse

Every time I come to this Texas Roadhouse I am never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and my food is really good every time. They always cook my steak the way I ask it to be (I am a huge steak eater), and I always like the Cactus Blossom. And also, the rolls are some of the best rolls I've eaten at any restaurant! Definitely recommend this place if you're craving a good steak!

Went with my gf a bit ago, ordered an 8 oz medium rare sirloin steak, the salad was amazing. Tasted like a salad, but the sirloin ended being a 6 oz if even, and it was well done and dry. We got a refill of bread tho, however it was burnt. The server was nice, the food was just not worth me spending $16 to share 2 oz of steak with my girlfriend

A decent meal. The chicken was a bit dry and the mashed potatoes were a little on the room temperature side. They also forgot the appetizer. Conversely, the shrimp was good and they addressed the issue with the missing appetizer. Overall, leaves the experience neight in the middle, if not 3.5 stars.

My husband and I were at the restaurant yesterday afternoon and were so hungry and ready for a nice dinner. My husband ordered steak and when it arrived it was grossly undercooked and full of white gristle. He refused to send it back, ate as much as he could stomach and left hungry. He never complained even tho I told him to send the steak back. I'm pretty sure we will never eat there again and should get refunded for his dinner.

I wish I took photos to share how horrible the steaks were. We had a party of 5 and we all ordered steaks. My son got the T-bone which is a $30.00 meal and asked for it to be cooked medium rare, it came out almost well done. I ordered a ribeye done the same way and it was medium well. I can continue about how everyone's steak was not cooked properly but that would be too long. I don't eat meat very often but every once in awhile I want a good steak, needless to say I was disappointed. We did ask for the T-bone to be recooked because it was inedible. I brought mine home for my dogs. The service was okay though. The management did absolutely nothing to compensate for the terrible food. I am not asking for freebies but at least a genuine apology from them would have been nice. A manager coming out to say sorry or something.
