My cashier/hostess made my experience great. Panera Bread's muffin and pastry are good. I call it my pill to feel good 😊. So when I go to Washington Hospital Center for any reason. I have to stop by and get my medicine 🤣.
The customer service ,the don't respect customer. Even the don't follow instructions when ordering the food. I order Chipotle chicken avocado. Extra avocados No chiken and also side bread but those who work in kitchen never read instructions .this happens more than for time.
Price to high ($10.02) for a frozen drink, that didn't taste that great and a tasteless grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't even brown on both sides. How do you not fix a good grilled cheese sandwich?
The food is consistently good and the wait is generally short. There is always friendly service and the orders are prepared relatively quickly. A few of my personal favorites are the lemon drop cookies, broccoli cheddar soup, and the paninis are great too.
They're breakfast wraps supposed to go have scrambled eggs but in reality it's a flat circle supposed to be egg that looks like a pancake and was burnt around the sides how do you burn eggs? Wouldn't have ordered it false advertising and misleading and wasn't worth the money
