Starbucks, Store 13641

Showed up with 13 mins b4 uber showed up with nobody in line today at 315pm The lasy on register was arguing with her BABYDADDY or something .. The guy making drinks was trying he hardest... Finaly tool order with 2 mins left b4 uber arrived... She finally turns around rude with attitude and says he has 2 drinks b4 u... No duh b**** hes been doing ur job and his... Needless to say we paid for drinks we never got

Since many places have changed their hours during the pandemic, I tried calling this Starbucks at the number listed on their website just to confirm their schedule. They should be open now, but nobody has answered the phone for the last hour -- I've tried six times. Does Starbucks not allow employees to answer the phone during the work day???

This is the second time I write the review for this place.Special say thanks to the lady name Liz.She make my day so special.Everytime She make my drink so good and the way she treat me make me so happy.They should bring more staff like her to work here.I remember a Asian lady was talking not nice to me when I tried to get sleeve for my drink.Everytime they always look so busy and I have to wait for them so long to get some extra stuffs.Important thing to determine the service”50 % is quality and 50% is services”.They should train for staff how to make service perfectly for guest

My wife bought some drinks here and when i picked it up and ask the barista if I can have water as well, she told me i need to fall in line again and order it!!! It will tAke her less thab 10 secs to grab it, its not even packed but there is couple people in line. Customer service is must if you are working to place like this. Simple favor makes customer happy and willing to come back. But on this location I wont!

where do I start? Not only was I waiting for my drink for 20 minutes but I had to wait an additional 5 to get a refund. If I could rate the store 0 stars I would. The manager didn't even apologize for the delay nor did she say a simple hello. Disgusting customer service and rude employees. Don't waste your time, head to M street!!
