This place is the bomb. My coffee ALWAYS comes out exactly how I ordered it and is absolutely delicious! The staff is always friendly and working hard. They know how to deal with a rush! I like to order on my phone and it's always ready for me when I swing by to pick it up. Love this location.
Service has drastically gone down over the past year. There are less staff than ever, the staff that is there are barely attentive, some are even just not in the store at all and you're waiting by yourself, and when you do get your order they do it completely wrong.

The staff is nice, but there's a few problems here. 1) They don't leave out sweeteners or condiments. 2) The cold brew is so strong at times that I've felt ill afterwards. 3) The one sandwich I had here was pretty bad.
