I'll start by saying how hard it is to find a good Chinese restaurant these days. That being said, Oriental Cafe filled my needs for a decent neighborhood Chinese place. When I'm sick I order the chicken soup which is just chicken broth, minced chicken, and noodles (lo mien or mei fun). Everything else from here is fine: friend rice, lo mien, spring rolls, fried meat dumplings. Everything is a bit greasy, but I expect that from a take out Chinese place. So far this is my favorite easy Chinese take-out in DC (you'll like it too if your expectations aren't too high).
