I went to Costa Rica in December and they all have hand washing stations before entering. Seems logical to me.
Wings taste burned, dry, and are only coated with sauce on one side. This is like when I forget my wings in the oven and then am too lazy to mix them in the sauce. Staff was awesome about me returning the wings, gave refund and offered making a new order. Staff friendliness bumped to a 2 star.
