Wendy's

I work for a large retailer and because of this I tend to be keen on presentation and professionalism and I assigned an F grade on both. Some of these employees should be banned from having personal cell phone conversations and strongly encouraged to pay attention to the condition of the dining room and wait time. I sat down at the cleanest table I could find and it had dried ketchup everywhere. I decided not to ask staff to clean it for me in order to walk out healthy and whole.

Had the worst episode at this location ever! Ordered a #1. Triple, medium! Get home, fries just burnt, burger burnt, took pics of this insult, bcuz this is by far the most disrespectful this location has been! So heads up! If you come to this locations drive thru after hours, absolutely check your food! The night crew in this location absolutely has no integrity, so watch yourself here! I typically have to go to the Riggs rd location for excellent food and service!!

The drive thru, at least this time, was very slow to get food out. The food was cold, not that same quality as you would expect from Wendy's, but I was in line (after ordering) for over 25 minutes. Could have been due to staffing issues, or poor management. I think this location could heavily benefit from reinvestment. A remodel, new management, and a standard for all of the solicitation in the parking lot would improve this location a lot. Unfortunate.

Extremely bad staff no greetings when entered. Just ordered by a manager to put on a mask which was NOT LISTED on ANY DOORS or windows or anywhere in the restaurant stating this request. Furthermore she kept her back to me while an older guy stood in front of me with a manager tag on and says absolutely nothing as I stand in the lobby. Then the very rude associate yells to someone in the back that they have a customer.. WOW two people right here and I must wait for a 3rd. Last but not least this has to be the oldest Wendy’s I have been in in 10 years the building looks as bad as the service you get from the staff

This Wendy’s was probably the slowest service I’ve ever received at any fast food place ever in my 37 years on this planet. The guy manning the drive through left his mic hot and was talking and swearing with his coworkers while I had my 3 sons and 3 nieces in my van. To top it all off, they didn’t even get our order right. (after we sat for probably 10 minutes before even placing the order!) Several things were forgotten. And we had to pull around and go back into the store twice when we realized they had messed the order up.
