This place doesn't know customer service. They never know how to talk around their customers and they never know what to say to their customers. There aren't any standards in this restaurant. Plus I never get my food in a reasonable amount of time. HORRIBLE

They know how busy it gets, yet they never have enough... ANYTHING! Not enough staff not enough sides and never enough chicken. Also a large percentage of their staff are nasty to the customers.

Horrible... as always! They're always out of chicken. The service is horrible. The line moves as slow as cold syrup. This is a REGULAR EXPERIENCE in this restaurant.
