Ordered in store with Mauricio. Pizza was made very quickly and looks great! While I waited, the store got very busy but Mauricio handled each customer with care and remained professional. Very nice guy. Thanks for a good experience!

The pizza was ready on time, hot, and had ample toppings, which are all reasons we stopped ordering in the MD area.

This location has surprised me. I have no bad issues with any employees there since being in the area. Very friendly staff and I have never experienced any bad issues with my food. I do miss the chocolate cookie option and its much preferred over the cinnamon sticks in my opinion.

Iconic location in the Washington DC... This location has its own parking lot and not handicap accessible. However the pickup location is small to hold about three to four people. Pizza is always fresh and cook to perfection.

I really did not have a negative experience up until now. The order was placed online on Monday, December 5 and was supposed to be ready at 9:25p. Once I arrived at the store, the employee was on the phone for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, so I left and went back to the Cigar Lounge (Petworth Cigars) frequent to use the restroom. Upon my second return, the employee was still on the phone, however this time he (name tag had only the letter M) wrapped up the call and asked me, "What I wanted?" Like I was bothering him. He agreed with me back and forth and stated my order was not there, until he took a closer look. Upon giving me my order, he caught a(n) attitude when asking for sauce and tried to charge me for additional sauces. We spend too much money for them to act in a manner in which they should not.

I am impressed by the length of customer satisfaction this Pizza Hut went. After a mistake I made, they made a way for me to receive my order. Great team on Georgia Avenue Pizza Hut.

I ordered a Super Supreme pizza but added in the notes that I wanted it without green peppers because my wife is allergic. The pizza came with green peppers. Disappointing. But everything else was good.

Really friendly staff and very fast completion of our order! 4 stars just because of the price. It’s just Pizza Hut so it’s not gourmet or anything, but it was like $40 for a pizza and like 6 wings LOL. Not the store’s fault but it’s the reality.
