The service here is always great. Most of the staff are friendly and serve the customers with pride. Food is always fresh and you can get through the drive through in a flash. The only downside is the large amount of drug induced people that congregate in front of the store. They beg for change and

Went through the drive thru, and they got my order correct. We were in and out with no problem.
The store was clean and not crowded. The line moved fast and the staff was pleasant. I had to change what i wanted from the breakfast menu because it was now lunch time. It was a little after. The have the best coffee ever! BTW The sugar packs have less sugar in them than before!

Clean environment fast service polite staff. Food is always hot and made in a timely manner. Late at night drive thru can be a frustrating as they tend to understaff during the night shifts.
My previous visits have been for coffee only. Mcdonald's is recognizing the importance of good customer service and shaping up. I think Chick-fil-A is making them all take notice. There is nothing like good customer service. Good customer service may make a person overlook a mistake on the company'
