The service here is generally good but sometimes the donuts are not fresh. Check your order before leaving just to do a quick check. I’ve had a few orders that were disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and what I expected. Early mornings there can be long lines but it moves quick
This place its the best! Donuts are always fresh. I drive to baltimore everyday from landover,dc and around 295 and when im done i always find an excuse to go to dc at new York ave., to dunkin donut open 24 hours to get donuts for my grandkids for breadfast.
Came in at 6:45 am 12/31/21 ordered 4 donuts & a latte. Donuts were amazingly fresh and not hard and old, service was fast and friendly. Coffee was good. And everybody had matching shirts.
Aside from the fact that they have better tasting coffee than Starbucks, they beat the competition on hours of availability. They open at 4:30 and stay open until 11pm. That is 2 hours earlier and 3 hours later than Starbucks!

My 1st stop in the morning for my caramel macchiato.☕ It's always made perfectly.👌 Ladies friendly. The drive-thru can be a bit crowded but moves quickly. It's a bit cramped in the parking lot with the gas station.
*Note: it's gonna take aggressive driving to get out and back on to New York Ave. ..

Dunkin Donuts did a great job! It was a last-minute breakfast party at work. Dunkin Donuts was able to pull together enough food for 20 or more people. All the employees work together as a team to get everything ready to go.

Fresh donuts daily and they seem clean.

Parking is not the best. The location is a bit janky but good customer service.
Consistently Good quality food with a drive thru that I can actually understand what they are saying. Donuts arrive fresh around 130am
