Wholesome, welcoming, and super chill. Sam the bartender is a legend. Really felt taken care of and there’s a great selection of craft beers and cocktails to go along with it. Great crowd too

The best part about this place is that it is not the other places that are near it. Kingfisher is local quality and most of all it is chill. It is the last vestige of quality booze without exorbitant prices or douche bag clientele. It’s real hard to find something like that on 14th St., in 2023. Jackie is amazing!!

Might just be my favorite bar in DC. The atmosphere is perfect, the menu is on point, and you can’t beat fresh, free, popcorn.

Low key hangout on 14th. Definitely more enjoyable than a lot of other more stuffy new places in Logan. Reasonable prices and popcorn 🍿 are nice features.

Chill vibes, Board Games, Popcorn (tons of topping options) and Mystery Shots! My favorite when in season is the Hot Cider!
Also the bartenders and security have always been nice and welcoming. :)

I found this spot last time I was here and really loved it. The bartender Rich is really cool and knows a lot about the local scene and the cool stuff going on in town. Also makes cool art. Check this place out.

Great bar with a good happy hour between 4 and 8. All the beers and wine are in cans but there is a very wide selection to try and the menu has tasting notes.
Great place to go and try a few different beers local or foreign.
The staff are brilliant and will give you good guidance if you aren't sure.
Another bonus is free popcorn. 🙂

Kingfisher is the perfect neighborhood bar. Nearly nightly events like bingo and trivia, a killer happy hour I feel mixed about sharing (because I don't want people flooding it and taking my seat!), a fun and unique beer selection, koozies koozies koozies, free popcorn + BYOF... idk, Kingfisher is simply a feel good spot that is reliably a good time.
