I recently tried this restaurant out of curiosity and my love for street food!! It was an amazing food experience that did not disappoint. The food was freshly made to order and I especially liked how they helped me customize it to fit my preference (egg + spicy!?!!). I ordered the ground beef Pri
Wonderful eatery. I loved the authentic flavours and the simplicity in taste. We tried the Chicken Pide and Kusbasili Pide. The serving portion is huge and can easily be shared. The service is quick as well. The owner and staff are very helpful and make you feel welcomed. I enjoyed visiting here and
Great Restaurant, fast service, delicious food. Prices are pretty reasonable. Make sure to try their amazing “Pide”s.
This was my first time trying Turkish food. I really liked it. Pide tastes so much better than thin crust pizza. I loved it. I liked their hummus and sauces. They have good variety of vegan, vegetarian and meat.
The food is delicious! You can make your own, which is a nice to have when you feel like doing so. All the meat here is Halal! The service is great, we felt so welcomed. The restaurant looks nice and super clean.
I really enjoyed my Doner Sandwich ($11). Lots of choices of good food at very reasonable prices. Nothing fancy, very clean, lots of seating.
We saw this place walking down the street while visiting D.C. and wanted to try it out for lunch. It was pretty good. The owner was really cool and our food came out quickly. I've never had Istanbul street food before so I cant speak to the authenticity of it but the food was solid and I'd eat here
Super clean, super fresh, fast and awesome service. If you never tried Kumpir (baked potato with toppings), try it out! Taste of Istanbul is in DC now!!! Great & super friendly staff!!!
The best kumpir you can eat in the USA. Very delicious food and very affordable prices.I will definitely come back! Highly recommend!!! Deserves more than 5 starts! Damnnnn I am full:)))
The Pide was so delicious!!! Best one I have tasted in the states. Came all the way from Orlando! Very friendly owner.
I tried a pide yesterday (Turkish flatbread) with half eggplant and half sucuk (sausage) and it was delicious! This place is super clean, spacious and the owner is very friendly and kind to offer suggestions. I'm a huge fan of flatbread pizza and found this one to be lighter than &pizza which was pe
We'd never had pide before and now our lives are changed. While in DC we had pide at two completely separate places by chance and Tempo has the best pide. The dough is delectable...almost reminiscent of pretzel bread in taste and the texture is light. We really enjoyed our experience here. We are
This was my first time eating Turkish food and I really liked my meal! I ordered the Pastirmali Pide by accident for lunch. I really went there to order the Sucuk Pide but ordered the wrong one. It was good though! It didn't taste like "pastrami," which I'm glad for. I ate the whole thing in one
more than what i expected. this is a disguised turkish street food eatery. their pide was as delicious as it is in turkey. they have simit, poğaça, baklava and turkish delight as well.
A nice restaurant with parking and nice vibe. Food especially the pide is incredibly tasty. Fresh halal amazing food with excellent customer service by the owner. Authentic Turkish food well worth the price I promise
The red lentil soup and hummus are both incredible. The soup is so full of flavors and just the right texture, I had to have two servings. The owner, Ugor, is a treat to speak with about his restaurant and clearly has a passion for bringing joy to his customers through the food he prepares. So delic
Loved the restaurant, staff was really friendly. I brought a colleague to get a taste of Turkish culture and he really enjoyed it.
I have been visiting this restaurant whenever I find myself in DC over the past few years, and I must say that I am consistently impressed by the high quality of the food. The portions are generous and the prices are quite reasonable, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. The fl
