Starbucks

I believe there are 2 Starbucks . @ Union Station.. the one downstairs, next to the train gates is medium size, efficient and the staff is nice... the upper one is in the main hall, this location is much nicer. Its the same quality or non quality, that depends on your tastes. For me it is like coming home, sitting down, sipping on a cup of hot coffee and reading, thats what i am looking for... and that is what starbucks gives me without the hazzle and buzzle....

This is a decent Starbucks if you order when there is no rush. The server who then also made our coffees actually went of the way to hand it to us rather than call our names like every other location. However we also ordered here when it was slightly busy and it went back to an average service and the milk froth was not as good.

A star Starbucks is a Starbucks, but what distinguishes this Starbucks from the rest is the staff. It's a product of a major transit station (Union Station) and the staff (at least the morning staff) are all about efficiency and getting you on your way with a good cup of coffee in hand and they do it with a smile on their face. The staff are even on their A game when they open at 4:30AM putting you in a good mood before you catch that 5AM train.
