I use this store frequently because it's close to my office, but it's always a hit or miss on customer service, quality of my drink, and wait. (some days it's absolutely fabulous) That said, because of its location right next to the metro, it's almost always slammed. Kinda wish management took more of an interest in investing time, training, and staff to this location.
UPDATE:
The morning staff, especially, has really upped their game in the last year or so, from my perspective. Even when they are slammed, I seem to get in and out relatively quickly, and they are on mobile orders.

They make my drinks just how I like them. They are helpful to guests who need drink suggestions. They serve drink orders so quickly, often handing out the drink while the guest is still in line. The whole staff is fun and friendly and makes me enjoy coming in each day I'm there.

After touring the White House, we stopped here for caramel frappe. And a piece of lemon cake pound cake. It was all really good but the service wasn't. The woman who took my order was very rude.

Stopped in early on a Friday morning and was greeted by a bright and cheery staff. Instantly made the day better. I only stopped for a few minutes, but I'd certainly come back.
