Have you checked out @negrileats yet?! Why not?.. Multiple locations all around the DMV. 🫣it was my first time trying oxtails & man they were bussin. Jerk chicken had really good flavor & spice! We tried the jerk chicken, curry chicken & beef empanadas… all of them were delish!

I ordered stew chicken, rice and peas with cabbage, and also got a side of plantains. The chicken, rice and plantains were good, would definitely come again, didn't like the cabbage though, lacked the flavor I'm used to with steamed cabbage.

The food is good. Served fresh, with a good amount of authenticity to it. Good location to HU. Reasonable prices. The eating area is a little small. Take out may be a better call if your group is bigger than four. 4.25.
My first time today and I Absolutely loved them!!! One of the best Jamaican food spots I've ever had!!! I work in DC and live in Baltimore...I stopped on the way home and got dinner for my kids since it was so good and they loved it too!!!
