Good Indian. They don’t really understand what mild means, so not the best choice to eat with kids or sensitive palettes. Never stood on a long line and food is reasonably priced.

Ordered takeout. Solid price for great portion, fresh rice and delicious curry. I ordered the chicken vindaloo - tender chicken and incredibly tasty but very very spicy (as it should be) -beware.

Consistently good. I miss the pre covid days when they served food cafeteria style at the GA ave location bc it was hot and on demand..and the naan was included...def better for a college student budget as you got more for your $. But the food is consistently good at both the HU and the 14th street locations.

I ordered bhindi (Okra) Masala and Chicken Vindaloo. They both tasted fresh and delicious. Chicken Vindaloo was little oily. No big deal. Skimmed the oil off , and then it was perfect.

Best Indian food ever! Seriously though Salt and Pepper had some of the best food I've ever had. Great spices, amazing flavors, wonderful breads. This place is a must for anyone looking for seriously good food.

What can I say about Salt and Pepper Grill? Amazing food, wonderful, warm, gentle, inviting and kind customer service! The atmosphere inside is very homely, modest and humble! The large windows outlooking the busy streets add to the atmosphere! Now let's get down to the "nitty, gritty"; the food! Me and my wife have been to Salt and Pepper twice now and the first time I ordered the Goat Biryani and the portions for the price were unbelievable or better yet unbeatable! This second time around, me and my wife ended up ordering the Butter Chicken each and let me tell you, the Butter Chicken was the perfect consistency of richness, and thickness! We also ordered each one extra Naan to dip in the Butter Chicken and it was the perfect floury cherry on top! The oil was still dripping off of the Flour Nann, it was warm and crispy! We will be back! This will be a staple place for me and my wife as we are lovers of Indian Cuisine.

Chole masala was good and the overall was good. Remembered the roti on the menu is Tandoor roti, Not the chapati aka roti

Randomly selected, the food was exceptionally good. I loved Daal chawal as compared to other dishes that we ordered but it is all person to person. The most important thing to note is that the content of oil is phenomenally good. If I had to eat again there I would go for Daal chawal.
