Vittorio's Pizzeria - Washington DC - Photo album

Beautiful architecture but thr station is showing signs of age, the washrooms were not very clean and had taps leaking. Generally the station was clean and well kept. Some of the employees were very helpful. The only thing that could be a bit better would be sign to navigate within the station (it m
Washington Union Station is a restored historic architecture centre, mixed-use of transportation hub, leisure and shopping center located few minutes from the US Capitol so when you exit the station the view of US Capitol building will be in front of you. The station design is very unique but some a
Washington union station had Beautiful architecture but show signs of age. I was so amazed this place was. Generally the station was clean and well kept. There’s also a few places to shop and food court around, but most were closed.
Only used the station for the Metro and the usual touristy moseying around. Really nice architecture and for the most part looks clean. The food court wasn’t fully opened partly because of the pandemic (May ‘21), but the ones that were open were busy. There’s also a few places to shop around, but ag
Lovely place with beautiful architecture. Lots of food options on the lower level including Chipotle and a Poke place. Haven’t tried any yet. It’s cozy and warm inside so great place to stroll or shop on cold days. There is parking validation for up to 2 hours which discounts the parking by 50%. Lot
Don’t be too startled by many of the reviews here, the situation is definitely not always bad. I travelled with my mom as a woman and did not feel unsafe. I took an Acela and had an hour to kill at the station. I had read many reviews prior to my trip about the sheer number of tents and homeless pe
It is 100% safe. I travelled to board a 3am train and didn’t find any homeless person or security issues around it. A lot of people were arriving thru Uber/Lyft so it was extremely crowded plus now the security is only allowing people who have ticket inside. As a woman travelling alone, it was safe.
We went to DC from NYC in a bus so got down at union station. To our surprise the station was splendid.I thought NYC union station was the best so far but this ones not less. The architecture is superb. There are food places too if you have to wait for a train or bus you have all that you need to ki
The shopping area is really nice but the main purpose is supposed to be a train station and they fall short of ideal. Particularly the MARC station is an older area that isn't as clear as it could be particularly for sight-impaired customers. Downstairs from the MARC train area is the red line of th
The Building itself,...is magnificient... almost European standards... Union Station is a major train station on the East Coast, a huge transportation hub, and leisure destination in Washington, D.C. It was opened in 1907, and it is Amtrak's headquarters. It is the railroad's second-busiest station
This has the nicest building among the metro stations in DC! The archicture is so nice perfect some good pictures. :) Some stores are still close though.
Always clean and comfy. Special shout-out to the workers repainting the rails yesterday. They look amazing, no paint spills, no lines. Very well done! Give the man a raise!
Union station is a beautiful place to visit on your stop in DC, yes it had public transportation, but even more so just to admire its beauty and architecture.
The main venue/entrance area is absolutly stunning, and I love Uniqlo, but bathrooms, food options, elevators and more are falling apart or insufficient. Apart from the main entrance, the rest of the building gives "dead mall" vibes.
Opened in 1907, this busy station shuttles some 12,500 passengers daily in and out of the city. But it also handles millions of tourists who pass through to take in the impeccably mixed architectural styles throughout the colossal building: from Classical to Beaux-Arts to Baroque.
