Aaron is amazing. Such a nice guy, courteous, smart, helpful and just all around sunshine! I LOVE going to this location, because I know I'll see Aaron, and he always puts a smile on my face.

Very quick and convenient for a traveler is the lower lever Chick-Fil-A. Staff were pleasant and speed was awesome. I placed my order and was in/out in no time. Tables near the restaurant were clear of trash, clean and were wiped down as soon as possible to allow for the next customer. Would highly recommend this location if you find yourself at Union Station, WDC.

Not my best Chick-Fil-A experience. The employees definitely are not friendly and courteous as I've come to expect in most of their locations. The food was delicious though, and it was ready promptly. Unfortunately they don't allow the loyalty program here either :(

Ordered #1 on menu. Pretty quick. Good for its value. Every thing is normal. The same as other traffic centers, 2 or 3 asking for changes during the time when I eating my breakfast. So do have safety concerns, be alert!

I was in the area and wanted to try the famous spicy chicken sandwich.
Tucked away downstairs within the train station the area is busy and when I arrived the line was long.
I was eventually served within 10 minutes.
The server was polite.
My food arrived moments later.
After trying the infamous burger for which was nice I much prefer popeyes.
Good burger though.

Very limited menu - regular & spicy sandwiches and nuggets from what I saw - but hit the spot while waiting for my extremely delayed train. I lucked up when there wasn't much of a line so can't comment on the speed of service too much. I wouldn't compare a train station or airport Chick-fil-A to your usual one.
The nuggets, fries, and lemonade I got tasted fine and I definitely got more than the 8-count that I asked and paid for.
