Heritage India - Washington DC - Photo album

DC local here and repeat offender of this establishment. I consider this place as one of my hidden gems purely for the weekend brunch. It is excellent at an extremely reasonable price point. I cannot attest to anything not on the all-you-can-eat weekend brunch, but I can promise you that everything
Unlimited brunch was lovely. We tried almost everything on the menu and the stars were the lentils, lamb rogan josh and chicken tikka. The food was fresh and waitress very attentive. Definitely worth a try if you’re visiting the National Cathedral.
Great dining experience, very pleasant staff. Food was very good as was the presentation and value. Speaking of value for money, if you give a restaurant one star in DC because it’s too expensive you may be better of having a Wawa sandwich or cooking at home for yourself… grocery stores offer affo
Been ordering from Heritage India for over three years and they never disappoint. Their chicken makhani is absolutely incredible!! Highly recommend the garlic naan as well
Guys, let me just say something. This is the tastiest Indian food I have ever had in my entire life. It is the best quality you will find, which is why it’s very expensive. Yes, maybe the service isn’t perfect but the food that they serve is quite literally sent from god. I don’t get Indian food any
This is my favorite Indian food restaurant in DC. The lamb vinadaloo is the best here. It's spicy and full of flavor. The rasmalai is one of the best.

I’m shocked that anyone has reviewed this restaurant less than five stars! My husband and I have gotten regular takeout here for years but finally dined in tonight and the food was even better (we didn’t think that could be possible!) in person. Portions are very reasonable, we are always stuffed s
While the atmosphere and service was great, the six dishes our group ordered were average. We will not return.
Delicious meals, Spacious, many seats. parking in Macomb street.
Food is great, but they charge a premium for eating there on the weekend or a holiday, very annoying it's like they're saying: "Oh! you saved on parking because its the weekend? Gimme that!" Luckily the food here is really good otherwise there would be less than 4 stars here.
I had dinner with my friends, we were 6 people, yesterday. The first visit to the restaurant. The hosts were extremely welcoming, the food was very good and the atmosphere and staff were great. Overall a highly recommended Indian cuisine restaurant. Thank you to the host and staff.
Love the weekend brunch, plenty of vegan options and the owner/ staff were very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. Loved the chana masala and palak entrees, you can tell they roast and grind all their spices from scratch. For appetizers, I had the bhel puri, aloo tikki and onion bhajji, all r
