Its a standard Panera Bread location. Don't get the Mac N Cheese. Its litteraly a soup of cheese. A lactose intolerants persons nightmare. Everything else is fine though.

They keep proving Panera has good food, servers and value for your money. This plane is as good as most. The only negative is they are Pepsi and I don't like Pepsi.

Overall, I think that this is a great study spot with potential to be a regular stop for me and my pals. Service was snappy, a very nice lady cleaned off our table when we came in, and our orders of mac & cheese were HUGE. My only complaint is that 45 minutes into our dining experience, the manager came over and said that they were closing the store. It was 1:15 p.m. on a Sunday - we were not given any explanation for this sudden shut down. To say that this was bizarre is an understatement. We were given free pastries to make up for the inconvenience and were promptly shuffled out. 5 stars for the free goodies - 3 stars for the absolute pandemonium caused by people evacuating the building.
UPDATE: After my party switched locations for continued studying, we walked passed the Panera approximately 4 hours later and it was OPENED. A new staff had taken over and service was back to normal. SO STRANGE.

The Tenleytown Panera Bread is an amazing experience. My friend and I go once a week to study and have a delicious lunch. We love the free refills and take advantages of the perks that Panera offers. Despite all of this, Panera does have one deterring factor. It is absolutely freezing in there. SO cold. We love going there but can't stay too long for fear of frostbite. Panera, I urge you to turn the heat up, for the good of the public.

Had a great experience with this place. There was a little mix up with my order, but the staff were great and gave me some freebies for my trouble. I've returned and had good experiences. It's nice to have good salads!

I have had bad experiences in other Panera’s and almost decided not to ever be a customer but this time I decided to take a chance today cuz I didn’t have any options and I wasn’t disappointed. The girl that worked there “Yanet” took a good care of me. She was happy and delightful. I loved my experience. Definitely coming back to this location

Very clean, above average Panera. Location is great. It's a good place to stop if you're shopping or hanging out around the area. The staff (particularly the Justin guy) are wonderful. Near closing they always accommodate customers without making a fuss.
