Took the metro and passed this place on the way to the Newseum. So glad they were open on Thanksgiving and WOW were they busy. Line went very fast. Yogurt parfait was fresh. Cookies are huge, great price. I had the oatmeal raisin and it was spectacular. Glad they had soda for those of us who don
Love Firehook! Amazing cookies, great coffees, and lovely staff at this location. They seemed to know most of the patrons, and their orders! Located at the top of the metro station it’s super easy to get to and a good stop for visiting the Smithsonian museums.

It was a coooooold day. Nice friendly staff. The creamiest hot chocolate, and a welcoming portion. We copped a squat and warmed up. Our group purchased a few muffins, cookies and a fruit dish. Everything from start to finish was excellent. You gotta stop on through!
Very friendly staff. Coffee is always on point and made fresh. The pastries are a favorite within my office. Power players in the senate like to meet here and talk shop. Great little coffee house.
really good coffee, other drinks and bakery. Their sandwiches and salad aren't always good but the baked goods are amazing. It's small and can get crowded, better for grab and go than sitting down.
Ham and cheese and the feta and Spinach croissant are so yummy. All of their deserts and food are great. I haven't been disappointed yet and I have been going their for about 2 years.
I don't buy coffee much and therefore never know what terms to use or exactly how/what to order. The man behind the counter was very helping in figuring out what I would like and it was excellent!
Firehook's pastries are pretty tasty. Hadn't seen a Firehook Bakery in several years. It's good to see they're still around.
Stopped here for a quick breakfast once. Very fast service, great food, and friendly service.
Great customer service. You got a big cookie and fudge brownie and they were great.
Friendly staff. Good sense of humor with staff as well as customers. Cupcakes are dry. But that is the norm here.
