Very clean, great tasting food, and the staff do an excellent job with customer service. I had a minor problem with one of my orders and they fixed it right away. Very well run branch, great job!
Great place! The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and had a great selection of food. Their sandwiches are delicious!! The decor is an added benefit, though there's not much time to appreciate it since the short line moves really fast. Finally, the prices were great; a 9-inch pizz
The staff here is incredible. So I have ordered through the Potbelly app and there have been SO many issues with delivery. I know it’s not their fault at all and it’s DoorDash or the system. But when I call and let them know I didn’t get my order or it got canceled, they take the time to correct it
Truly enjoyed my sandwich here. This place is busy enough but their staff moves it along so you don't spend too much time in line. Sandwich was delicious! My sons and my mother ate at this location however, my normally picky son went back for seconds! Ali was the team member who helped us the most and he made the experience an incredible one with his attention to detail and outstanding guest service. Highly recommended!

This restaurant had a long line, but also an amazing way to cope with it. Someone would walk through the line taking orders on an iPad that would go to the kitchen. You would then get the chance to customize your sandwich. Very tasty!
The Potbelly Sandwich Shop at Union Station is one of the best stops for a to-go lunch before a train. Potbelly is reliably tasty, stays fresh for a while, and the prices are great, especially for a Union Station restaurant. Easily a meal and a half from a single sandwich!
Great food! Pizza sub= yum! Great music, fun staff, good vibes. Do yourself a favor and get the brownie cookie. Your will not be disappointed.
This Potbelly is very quick at lunch time and the sandwich prices are extremely reasonable. Even when the line is long at lunch time, they move through the orders very quickly. You'll be in and out in no time.
Had some time before my connection. Service was fast and friendly. Sandwich was well made and wrapped up just right. Glad I stopped here for dinner.
