WAPA is one of the most unique places in Washington DC. The food is amazing and it's staff is welcoming and warm. I recommend it 100% is a total gem and a real treat for anyone!

Exceptional Tasty Food. I am so happy this cafe is in the neighborhood. I have been to this place about 4 times now and I will keep coming. The food is fresh, made to order, served in a timely fashion by very friendly people. What I am most impressed with is how flavorful the food is! If you are in the area, stop by and eat! My favorite so far includes the lentil and sausage soup and the crepes!
My wife and I had breakfast here every morning one week late in October 2017, and we loved it. The owners were very friendly, warm, and the food was exceptionally good! Highly recommended.

Everything about this place works! The atmosphere is very cozy and chill with great music playing in the background. I ordered the delicious chicken lux crape which was so fresh and light but also pretty filling. I would get it again. The best part was the service. Very pleasant and attentive but not pushy! The best service I’ve ever had in the Northeast. That says a lot coming from a Southerner.
Very friendly staff and welcoming environment. I only stopped in to get coffee and work for a few hours but loved the family friendly vibe and cozy seating. Their coffee is not their specialty, so I would recommend sticking to drip if you do get it, but I will definitely be returning to try their food in the future.
Leo and his Family are very good with their customers. I love food! I’m now loving Colombian food! When I crave it, I come to Wapa Cafè! The ambiance is wonderful. They also have multicultural night. Check this place out for lunch or Friday
It was a happy discovery when we decided to stop by for breakfast. I love the cozy atmosphere and we enjoyed the delicious Wapa crepes and arepas. The staff are very friendly charming. My husband and I are adding Wapa to our favorite places to eat. We will definitely be back for more.
