Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I usually eat at Subway, but was walking past this shop the other day. It looked a little more upscale than Subway so, despite the crowd inside, I decided to give it a shot. The staff was hustling as there appeared to be a lot of phone or app orders mixed in so the wait (lunch rush) was long. I ordered an avocado BLT sandwich and some soup. The soup was great, but the sandwich had grocery store shredded lettuce on it, which was disappointing. And I was charged separately for the soup and Skinny sandwich rather than the combo price. Didn't want to hold up the line so I just let it go. Not the best experience, but I'll give it another try.

If you have been to a Potbelly before, you pretty much know what you are getting with their hot sandwiches. This location is very clean, has a good amount of seating, and the service was very good. The food came out well and the ingredients were fresh and not lacking. Great for lunch, and even when it was a little more crowded they took orders while you were in line to keep things moving towards the register.

I honestly didn’t have high hopes for this place, but I’m so glad we ate here! I got the turkey club sandwich, which was delicious pulled chicken, lettuce, tomato, mayo, & bacon on “Original” roll, which was similar to ciabatta. Everything tasted fresh and soft. It is reasonably priced too! I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.
