Very nice bar for brunch. It’s good bar food with large portions, strong mimosas, and the prices are very low for the area. Burger and fries was solid. The chicken and waffles was good but I’d probably try something else next time. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and turned on a soccer game
This has become our neighborhood place. Staff is great food is great and good prices!
The food was very good. The buns were somewhat flaky (in a good way) and the dogs were served in a cute metal "holder". We opted for the chips (rather than fries) as our side order. I wish there were more if the chips but what we had was good. Service was a tad slow but it was just before a Nation
Good sports bar on the main drag of Navy Yard. Ample seating outside or inside; and must try their wings. The ribs were okay at best and the fries were. A bit soggy.
A great bar in Navy Yard. A fair amount of people with CAC cards drinking on a Thursday afternoon
A very solid place to go to have bar food. They have really great salads for a bar. The TV volume might be a little much for some. They have an awesome ramp inside so access for people with disabilities is really good. You can't tell until you enter the bar. I would have given them 5 stars if they h
Great place to wait out traffic after a game. And their food is surprisingly good (and reasonable!) for bar food. The wings are tasty and the fries are stupidly good (greasy and crunchy).
Big Stick is a good sports bar in Navy Yard. Ample outdoor space and TVs. Prices are reasonable for the Navy Yard neighborhood. Service is good. They have a $5 burger special on Monday. Beer selection could be better.
We had great service from the minute we walked in. Our server was very helpful. The sweet Italian sausage was excellent especially with the spicy mustard. I recommend this restaurant before or after a Nationals game.
Great food and great service! We sat at the bar and ordered a burger and the Turkey sandwich and both were excellent. We were the first customers of the day and we had just gotten off a plane from a 7am flight, and needed phone chargers and the bartender offered us both chargers. Would definitely re
This Big Stick’s happy hour is a great option in the neighborhood. Service is usually good and they have a variety of beers on tap. Limited happy hour food options but reasonable, and most of its pretty good, save for the fries which aren’t fresh made, they’re out of a bag. Try the Philly egg roll w
Nice little spot to grab a drink and a bite. Great priced sandwiches with chips included, 2$ up-charge gets you any side choice(fry’s, SPF or veggies)
A super friendly bar, nice food for a good price, one of my faves of dc
This place is small, with a bar and a few small tables. The beer selection was OK, being not fun here I was looking for more local. I had a burger, which was served with warm chips. Burger was as handmade pattie, nice size, and very juicy! I loved it. I wouldn't say staff was openly friendly. I th
This is a very cute yet small restuarant near nationals stadium. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. They could use to be better staffed on game day as they only had 1 waitress for 15 plus tables the day we went. Food was tasty and better than expected. I recommend this for a pre game m
