updated 5/30/23: CLOSED - we stopped by today and the place was emptied, cash register and furniture removed. we bumped into the owners and they said they’re relocating to their VA restaurant. very sad we are losing one of our fav lunch spots in DC! food is spectacular! the spinach feta pie was perfectly seasoned and crisp, the pie itself is so thin and crunchy, and a wonderful greek salad to compliment. Portions are very generous. The service is wonderful. Baklava was a bit to sweet for me but that’s my fault for not having a seeet enough tooth.

Very nice place, nice pie and nice people! The pie was super delicious, light and flaky. The salt and spice level was also very good. I really liked the herbs they put inside the pie. The only complaint I have is that it was a bit expensive.

Go for the pastitsio! Probably the best I've had (please don't tell my yiayia and aunts). Cute place to relax as well. I don't believe their hours are accurate, but i think that has to do with the reality that DC is still pretty empty during the work week. But i went there on Friday at 1130 and they were just opening for lunch. Can't wait to go back to try the pitas.

Wow! I’d never had Greek lasagna before and now I’m grateful I have. They made it with spinach and feta. The portion is substantial. Worth every penny. The service was excellent, thoughtful, and kind. The apple pie hit the spot. This little restaurant is a hidden gem!

Well… try google “burek” in D.C. and you’ll find that this place is the only one in entire downtown to offer it. Verdict? The best, genuine bureks, and Mediterranean food!! The only *problem* they close at 4pm!!! They must be making tons of money, for closing down this early the only legit Mediterranean food in D.C. … you must try this place !!!

The food was delicious; and the service was outstanding. The navy bean soup was amazing. And my daughter loves her tiramisu.

Serves the best Greek food in this area! One of my favorite places for lunch in downtown DC!! Food wise, everything is amazing. I love their Traditional Feta/Spinach Pie, and the Macaroni Pie—both absolutely delicious! Had lunch here today—they offered indoor seating and seating was super spaced out. They served pretty much most of their menu, minus salmon today, but none of the “specials”. Highly recommend this place!

This is the best Greek food I’ve ever had! The spinach pie and chicken pie were my favorite. Oh and definitely try the baklava! The owners are super sweet and apparently their menu is all authentic Greek recipes.

The Greek Omelet was amazing. One of the better omelets I've ever had. They also had some delicious apple rings that are like eating a fyllo doughnut stuffed with apple pie filling. If I lived here, this would be a regular spot.

Amazing food and home warm hospitality. The pies are freshly baked with all fresh ingredients and the owner looks fret the preparation and baking to make sure that everything is home perfect. Even the desserts are fantastic.
