The Delegate

Dope vibes, nice atmosphere mixed with an amazing waitress(mad I forgot her name) and the BEST BARTENDER IN DC (CEASAR) you can't go wrong. The food was amazing and I feel like we tried everything on the menu!!! My favorite was the crab cake OMG HEAVEN IN MY MOUTH!!!! Our waitress was super attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed mixed with her super sweet personality we were very thankful to have her. Make sure to pull up on CEASAR for the best drinks in town with great conversation, he kept our drinks flowing and gave some good tips on things to do while in town . Next time I'm in DC I'll be pulling back up at THE DELEGATE 😊

After finding out that the hotel’s restaurant served Milk & Honey during breakfast and brunch hours, I already knew where I was dining that morning. I’ve never had a bad experience at any M&H location! The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful, per usual. With the exception of the young server getting a bit distracted occasionally, our service was not bad either. The Crab Cake Benedict and the Cinnamon Roll w/ fresh berries were a perfect pairing!

I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich but substituted the Hot for Buffalo sauce. The sandwich was very good. The service was friendly except after taking my order she didn't stop back over until I was ready for the check when I could have used a refill about 1/2 way through the sandwich. I ate inside but was told it's the same menu at the rooftop restaurant.

Our trip has been amazing!!! Nothing shy of it!!!!! We stayed in the presidential suite, my babies absolutely loved every minute and the food/bars are AMAZING,(Shout out to the man CEASAR for being the BEST DANG BARTENDER in the Washington DC area!!!) You cannot go wrong with staying here!!! DC has been so good to us!!! ❤️❤️

Every year in July, I get the pleasure to dine at The Delegate in Washington, DC Let me tell you they never disappoint, this year the Floor Manager Asa went above and beyond to keep my visit pleasant and my appetite fulfilled. The entire staff was professional and quaint for an entire week… so big shoutout from the Kitchen to the Rooftop! 10 Stars💫💫💫💫💫 A must do in DC.

I really enjoyed my meal at the Delegate. They currently serve Milk and Honey dishes. I got the shrimp and grits as well as the killer wings. Both dishes were very tasty, especially the shrimp and grits. They also have fresh lemonade which tastes great! It didn't take long for me to receive my food and Ishmael, my waiter, and Ariel, the manager were both very attentive. Plus the restaurant seemed clean with a nice ambiance. I will definitely be back.

January 2023 4* The place is located next to Washington Convention Center and ideal place if you are looking for quick bites. This place is not great for vegetarian food as there are not many options. I found only two options which are listed here. Here is my food list: - Tomato Basil Soup **** - Avocado Toast ***** There is option to get toast with or without egg. Wait time is quite long so don’t visit if you are in hurry. Staff is very good and courteous. So one extra star for them.
