Bibibop is a Korean inspired mixed "bowl" fast casual restaurant. I had a steak bowl with rice and assorted fresh vegetables and really enjoyed it. They offer a very good free Miso soup stand with lunch. The restaurant is situated on a busy foot traffic street for lots of good people watching over lunch. Overall this was a great lunch and a great value!

First time and I love it! I am a pescatarian and gluten free diet and BIBIBOP has unlimited options for my diet. Eddie was an excellent server, and very knowledgeable on their sides.

Super delicious! In a world of "build your bowl" style restaurants, these guys really stand out. Ingredients were very fresh and unique -- the pickles, the sauces, all of it was great. The free miso soup was actually pretty tasty, too. Only complaint is that they move FAST. I asked 2 questions about ingredients ("Is that a pickled cabbage?") and it was registered as "I want that cabbage". Not sure if it was a language barrier issue, or just that they move more quickly than allowing for folks to ask questions. Either way, it was all delicious.

My favorite Bibimbap joint in DC, has wonderful free miso soup. Ample portions. I wish they had more types of Kim chi and picked radish, but I love the red rice, whatever that is.

I like this place for a quick bite. The food is good and they have enough selection to match the different appetites. I like that they have the sauces outside to sample and put whichever one you like on the meal. I also enjoy the free miso soup. Place is clean, and the customer service is always great.

Great option in Georgetown if you're looking for a quick, healthy option. Many choices. I'm a vegetarian this week and this was a perfect meal! Salad with broccoli, carrots, kimche, corn, and two different sauces.

Bibibop has gained a new fan! I love any build-your-own concept and their Korean-inspired ingredients are just fantastic. I've been to both the Dupont location and the Georgetown one, and I really prefer this one. However, that's just because there is a lot more room in this one; it feels more open and the dining area isn't as crowded. In my bowl: noodles, bean sprouts, steak, daikon, cucumber, kale, and eggs topped with their famous Yum Yum sauce and sesame ginger Don't forget to stop by the condiments counter and choose to add sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, or sesame seeds! They even have pumping containers full of all the sauce options from behind the counter. Each ingredient is fresh, flavorful, and oh-so satisfying. Did I mention...FREE miso soup. Sign me up! My one complaint is the way their lids fit on the to-go bowls. I had mine in a bag but by the time I got home a ton of sauce had spilled out and drenched the bottom of the bag. Maybe it was a user error, but just be careful if you're taking it to-go! The staff is so incredibly nice. You're welcomed with a smile and each person seems genuinely happy while working. I will happily return to Bibibop.

This is an interesting concept for a Korean styled restaurant. It's essentially a Korean style Chipotle. You pick your carbs, proteins, veggies, sauces and condiments. The quality of food is really good and flavor is good as well. Miso soup is offered for free along with your meal.
